All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and will be received by the customer based on the time frame they've chosen for shipping. Flat rate shipping option of $5.95 with standard shipping. Orders of $75 and over subtotal may receive free standard shipping. Please note that expedited shipping orders placed after 4:00pm CST will be shipped the next day. Ex: a 2nd Day shipment placed at 6pm on Tuesday will ship Wednesday, and will arrive to recipient on Friday. Additionally, UPS does not count Saturdays via Next Day Air delivery.
International Shipping Policy Orders to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia will fall under the following policies.
All order shipped from USA. Transactions are made using USD currency and conversion rates are not guaranteed. Free shipping over $75 does not apply (ship to must be US address only).
Canada: Flat Rate Shipping via USPS Priority $35.00 USD (no tracking outside of USA)
UK/Australia:USPS Express International $75 per each order. (fully tracable)

Duties and Taxes
Customs import duties, VAT, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Check with your country’s import restrictions prior to ordering.
We cannot ship food items internationally, or oversized/fragile items.
We accept returns on international orders within 45 days of the original shipment date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Item returns must be preauthorized. Contact us at email@example.com and we will help you with your request. The customer is responsible for missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, and refused deliveries.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will be happy to assist you. Purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please provide your order number and we will handle the details. Refunds and store credits are issued to the account of the original customer only. Refunds once approved will take 1-2 business days to process. Shipping costs for all orders are non-refundable.
How to return your purchase:
- 1) Contact firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, order number, and your reason for returning before you ship your package.
- 2) If an item is damaged or incorrect, a pre-paid return label will be issued for your convenience. In other situations the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- 3) Returns must come back to us undamaged and in salable condition with original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Please use sufficient packaging to protect fragile items like glass and ceramics.

Most items are returnable with the following exceptions: food items, custom orders/corporate gifts, and any product marked “Final Sale”.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of your returned item minus shipping costs via your original payment method. Regular sale items may be returned for store credit.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships out. If it is necessary to send a partial order, your card will be charged for only the items that shipped, plus any shipping charges applicable to those items.
